Introduction

Welcome to LedgerSpark Academy. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services offered by LedgerSpark Academy ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

Account Registration

Course Enrollment and Payment

When you enroll in a course, you agree to pay the specified fees for that course. All fees are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change at our discretion. We will provide notice of any fee changes before they become effective.

Payment for courses must be made in advance through the payment methods specified on our website. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

Course fees are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy section below.

Access to Course Materials

Upon enrollment and payment, you will be granted access to the course materials for the specified access period. The access period varies by course and is clearly stated in the course description.

Your access to course materials is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or course materials with others. Unauthorized sharing of course materials is a violation of these Terms and may result in the termination of your account.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove course content at any time to improve the quality and relevance of our courses.

Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 14 days of your course enrollment if you have not completed more than 25% of the course content. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days and will be issued using the original payment method.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our criteria or that we believe are made in bad faith.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website and in our courses, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of LedgerSpark Academy or our content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

You may access and view the content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content without our express written permission.

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide regarding our services may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

User Conduct

In using our website and services, you agree not to:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• Any content obtained from our services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the six-month period preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness, or reliability of any content available through our services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LedgerSpark Academy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to:
